Your dedicated claims manager will provide you with a claim reference number upon initial lodgement. Plus you will be given step by step advice on what is required to achieve a prompt and positive settlement.

You will receive regular updates on the progress of your claim and emergency repairs will be authorised immediately.

Your claims manager will manage your claim from initial lodgement to settlement and provide certainty on coverage on your claim. As well as arrange prompt settlement and arrange interim payments on more complex claims.

Our claims specialists are highly respected on the market, with many years of experience and expertise in managing claims. They will negotiate on your behalf with insurers and work with you personally to provide the best result following a loss.
